This portfolio presents selected projects from my work in digital product development, covering product management, service design, and agile development practices.


Scania Fleet
Fleet Management mobile app.
I joined the project from the start as a Service Designer, with responsibility for building a strong understanding of user needs and usage patterns. I analyzed usage data and customer feedback, and conducted user interviews and usability testing to generate insights that helped us define the scope and roadmap for the new app.
Later, I took on the role of Product Manager, with end-to-end responsibility for the product roadmap and release planning. I followed up progress with management, collaborated closely with business representatives, and worked hands-on with design and development teams. The project resulted in a successful release of the new app version according to plan.


Scania Driver
Mobile app for drivers of heavy vehicles
I joined the team as a Service Designer, focusing on understanding user needs. I analysed usage data and feedback, improved ways of working around insights, and led pilot testing of new features. I supported design decisions based on user research and real-world validation.
By leveraging my truck driver’s licence, I was able to step into the role of the end user, using the app and its surrounding ecosystem in real scenarios. I also introduced the trucks and app to customers as a demo driver, strengthening the connection between product development and actual usage.
Later, in my role as Product Manager, I mainly supported business collaboration and worked with defining, setting, and reaching key KPIs. In 2025, the product grew its monthly active users by more than 60%.

As Scrum Master, I facilitated agile development processes in a cross-functional team consisting of both remote consultants and onsite employees. I continuously improved ways of working within the team and across the organisation, including facilitating forums to ensure alignment and collaboration between teams.
In addition to core agile leadership responsibilities, I put strong focus on team spirit and knowledge sharing. Drawing on my background as a trainee, I supported onboarding of new team members, arranged teambuilding activities, and coordinated field trips to strengthen engagement and collaboration.
